So far so good. Easy to set up - just plug in the USB port and launch the conferencing software. Good stream quality when calling to others, even on 720. Focus seems fine. The windows give me bright side and back light even with the blinds closed, so I show how it's partly in the shadows. The camera software simply cannot cope with the lighting conditions. I prefer an 80 degree field of view - 120's would be too wide. Still, I pull the monitor 2-3 feet away from me to limit what's showing in the background. Fits easily on my monitor. I thought I'd have to fiddle with the camera's "mount" but the shape of the camera mount allows it to be easily placed on top. The ball joint allows you to tilt the camera up and down and side to side. The included tripod is great for supporting the camera. The camera looks quite large in the photos, but it is smaller than my wireless mouse. The privacy slider sits on top of the camera and is easy to open and close.
