I was hesitant to buy a Razer product because a few years ago I bought a Razer mouse that broke after a few months. I know that durability and awkward customer service aren't this company's highlights, but I love that it looks cool and the fact that it has good quality and performance. So, after 1 month Bluetooth stopped working. When the button is switched to bluetooth mode, nothing happens and the light just won't turn on. After spending hours remote debugging with support, you finally admit it's a hardware issue. So they suggested replacing it. But they want me to send it to them first, otherwise I need to pay deposit first, if they don't receive the broken machine within 14 days, they won't get refund. Well I understand why they do it. , but if you compare it with Logitech, then it's pretty cheap and impractical. I like the product anyway, but the durability is just really bad. I would say that working in a big company makes life a lot easier.
