I don't have babies or toddlers to rock to sleep I just love the movement of this glider. It's a lot softer than the old rockers. This particular airframe replaces the older one and the faux leather (if that matters) that has worn down the side of the seat and where your head rests. It also started to creak when you tried to slide in while seated. It wasn't difficult to put together, my husband did it quickly after finding nuts, bolts and screws for it. They actually came in a little red pouch attached to the outside of the box. Thank God he hasn't thrown the box away yet. We taped the fabric of the airframe and ottomans to make it look as long as possible. It's nice to sit, relax and slide with this chair and ottoman, they are nice and smooth and I hope they stay that way for a long time.
