I had to order this product once because the first one I received cracked right out of the box. When I got the second one I was glad it didn't crack. The main issue I had was adjusting the part that the volume knob goes through. Looks like the hole they cut was too small. I had to push the handle through the hole with all my might to keep the dust out of the screen. Once you put the volume knob in the hole it's pretty easy but I would recommend the manufacturer to make the hole 1mm larger so there isn't a gap problem.
