I've had a lumpy scalp for years. I don't know if it's related to hormones, diet, or something else, but it's always been isolated from the scalp, so I never went as far as making an appointment with a dermatologist. I thought I was doing the right thing by using coal tar for years to keep it at bay, but recently it dawned on me that it can contribute to hair loss, so I decided to look for an alternative. That's it. It has a taste that some consider purer, but fresh and clean. And the hair is better. I've been using it for a week, my dandruff is gone folks. More expensive than I would like but obviously need it so I think it's worth it. The texture is a bit fluffy, but don't be fooled by the fact that it's flimsy. Be sure to work it into the scalp and leave it on for a minute or two, massage it in etc. And it felt so good on my hair. Couple with good air conditioning.
