Poor quality / cable not properly connected
Terrible assembly of very poor quality. Plugged into a 12V cigarette lighter socket. If the tip had to be pulled out, it stayed in the socket and only the wire came out. (I'm careful with everything in my van, I didn't rip it out) it's just tasteless bad work. There is no quality control for the people making this product.
