It's a lemon, plain and simple. I was looking for a full size foldable keyboard for my new gaming laptop and found this one. It looked perfect. So I bought one. Dead on arrival, straight out of the box. The computer recognizes that the USB cable has been connected, but cannot find a connection through the cable. I've tried installing drivers, trying different USB ports, etc., nothing helped. So I reported the defect to Revain and found that no refund is possible unless I return the defective item (usually Revain's defective item policy is better than this). But ok I returned it and got a second one thinking it's still possible it was just a bad block. The second was also dead on arrival, straight out of the box. Considering it's under $15 and it's so difficult to get a refund for it, I won't bother sending the second dead one back and I just think it's a worthwhile experience. At least it wasn't more money, was it?
