This protein powder has been an ESSENTIAL in my daily diet for years! This is easily the best I've found for the amount of fiber and the GREAT chocolate flavor! It's really awesome! This material protects me from hunger pangs and at the same time promotes my health. You can't go wrong. If I could criticize it for anything it would be the price issue as I find it a bit pricey. I understand you get what you pay for but I think it's a bit overpriced. Second, I would say availability is the only other issue I might have as this stuff is almost NEVER to be found at my local GNC or other general store anymore, which is a pretty irrelevant complaint these days with more people online to buy . Daily. However, I used to run out of groceries because I forgot to place an order, and in those situations it was nice to be able to go to the store to get something. I have now decided to order automatically at regular intervals, so this problem is a thing of the past :). All this as they say and I say it again, GREAT PRODUCT! Unsurpassed in fiber/vitamin content with other powders and really tastes great! (I mix mine with Orgain Protein Powder flavored with PB/Choc or PB with half a scoop of collagen and it's a really tasty morning shake!)
