The company advertises this product in CAPITAL LETTERS, but that's not entirely true. I bought mint flavored ice cream and when you shake it for a few seconds the flavor is nice and mild. However, the lowercase instructions indicate that you need to gargle for a full minute and then gargle for another 30 seconds. The first 20 seconds - tingling, 30 seconds - burning, 60 seconds - lava. After gargling for another 10 seconds, I wondered if good breathing was worth calling 911, so I stopped. I like the initial taste and I think it works, but I'm not sure if it works better than any other mouthwash when used for the same amount of time. I would only buy it again if it was the same price as other top brands.
