Good quality, solid

Good quality, solid. The headband is metal, adjustable, as is the mouthpiece. I've been using the Plantronics HW301N for a few years now, but this model has replaced it. I use it with my laptop's softphone and for listening to audio. The sound is very good and clear, the headband is comfortable.
