Review on 🐶 Sherpa Bagel Bed by Majestic Pet Athens by Leah Freitag

I have one of the Majestic Pet plain donut beds so I can compare the two a bit. The bed is delivered pre-assembled, so the upholstery can be easily installed in the bed. The pillow is MUCH thicker than a standard bed. Spreading the bed out doesn't help either, so mine stayed in a long thin oval shape with this pillow. My dog didn't use it at all with this pillow. I removed the center pad and replaced it with a cage mat which my dog loves. The bed makes this easy as there are separate zippers for the outer lining and inner pillow. It also appears that you can remove some of the inner padding from the inner pillow as the pillow itself is unsealed. So if you don't have a drawer mat, you can adjust the height of the pillow this way. Compared to a regular bed, the outer cover also feels a bit looser and not as tight, but that's a compromise if you can remove it for washing I guess.
