Cute but super small
Good quality and very pretty. It works EXTREMELY little. My 11 month old usually wears 6-9, sometimes even 3-6 on rare occasions. I saw other reviews so I ordered a size 18 months and it was still very small except for how big it is around the neck. Short dress.
