Review on 🌬️ Honeywell Comfort Control Tower Fan HYF013W - Enhance Airflow, 32.21" Tall, White by Danny Crowder

I purchased this fan in early August as an option to circulate the air in our guest bedroom during the summer months. We expected company for the next few weekends. At first I was happy with this fan. It was very easy to assemble, looked neat and was easy to use. It produced little noise, but I liked that aspect for the overall white noise effect. During the period August 12th to January 2nd this fan was only minimally used at night. We didn't use a timer device, just the on/off option and low/medium/high. On January 2nd, the device suddenly turned off and would not turn on again. We tried several outlets. We didn't reassemble it due to warranty issues. This device is brand new, free from dust, dirt or damage. We were not authorized to return it through Revain.com so I contacted the company directly. They informed me that if we returned the product and paid for the shipping, they would replace the product. Not only would we have to pay >$10-$20 for the shipping cost, but they would just provide us a new fan, no refund. I recently researched this fan and realized I'm one of MANY people who had the same issue. This model is clearly defective. I decided to call Honeywell/Kaz again to see if we could get an updated model as this model turned out to be faulty based on feedback from several users. They refused and explained that a return/replacement of the exact faulty model would be our only option. So here I am with a defective fan that I paid >$40 for. This company doesn't seem to respect their customers if they are willing to keep selling faulty products. I will never buy from them again.
