Now running for nine months. Everything is of a great grade and there were no hang ups. It is used in challenging environments, such as dust and grime, and it frequently falls, but the phone includes a bumper and glass to protect it. The operating system is user-friendly, the screen is of high quality, and the camera is adequate. Having this drawback: Price! The body is slick, and immediately following the purchase I fired it twice. It was necessary for me to install a glass and a bumper. It is tough for me to work with one hand since I frequently press the screen's edge with my palm, which makes working with one hand difficult. The layout of the keyboard is cumbersome; I frequently type the erroneous letters, and I have to go back and fix the words even though I've had several months to get used to it. Prior to that, I used Microsoft in general and was able to print without any problems.
