Ink dried up
Bought a set of these and they arrived almost dry. I asked for replacements and they were dry too. I have contacted rangers about this to see if they can tell me how old they are. I was told the code says they were from August 18th, which didn't strike me as old, but Ranger said they might be dry if storage temp wasn't ideal. The only solution is to buy an ink reactivator. So my purchase cost a lot more than expected and the reactivator has yet to be ordered.
