I've only used them once but I believe. I followed the dosage recommendations. This was during a 70 mile, 9,000 foot climb gravel bike ride. In other words, quite difficult. I average 13.0 km/h. I did the same thing two months ago and was averaging 11.5 mph. That's a huge speed boost. During that time I haven't exercised for 2.5 weeks due to surgery, which doesn't mean I'm just in better shape. I felt like I barely tried some of the lifts and had a lot less muscle burn. I'm a bit sore today but normally my legs would be destroyed from such an effort. I will buy more.
