I have used this sponge to wash my face and neck with soap and water for years to clean. It removes grease and grime like nothing else and I never add anything after using it. When you consider that it's made by the same company (3M) that has been making products that clean pots, pans and entire kitchens for years, you'll see its pedigree! It is a unique industrial product (competitors are natural loofahs) but it is TOO EXPENSIVE now and as a result it is becoming less and less available and no longer exported as far as I can tell. It is backed by a long-time loyal clientele that is now aging and shrinking. Be sure to revive it, but make it cheaper and increase the quantity produced.
