This solution helps my piercing a lot with swelling and pain. I love this stuff and can't recommend it enough! Once this solution is gone (which will take a long time for me as I've had it for MONTHS and it's only 1/4 off) I will definitely be buying another bottle! I have not used any other solution or cleaning method that I have used. helped my rook piercing with pain and swelling. I was worried it would have to be removed but this solution solved the problem! If I use it diligently on a daily basis (especially after showering when I wash my piercings with Dial Anti-Bac Soap), my swelling and pain go away! It's all natural and really helps! The only thing you need to wipe off is after you soak it in the piercing because if it air dries out the salt will crust (if that makes sense).
