We have two Great Danes and for the price this is a great bed! I read conflicting reviews and was hesitant to buy it at first. We already have a Rowdy bed that was quite expensive but very high quality. It's in our living room and when we only had one Dane it was ok if he slept with us at night. However, we have two grandchildren and this year we have another Dane. So, although we do have a king size bed. my husband, myself, sometimes our granddaughter and two danes are not a comfortable match! Our Danes are very spoiled, we love them very much and that's why I wanted the bed to be comfortable and big enough for them in the bedroom, if only for one of them to free up some bed space and they don't feel isolated or be sent to sleep in another room and they don't have to pay $200-400! This bed did just that, although not as high quality as the Bully bed or Barker bed. The quality is still there. we opened them, and before he had time to air them, the dogs were all around him. when they lay down on it, it didn't sink to the ground at all and yet remained soft to them. Our oldest dog weighs 120 pounds. you have to shake the roll cushion, it doesn't get up on its own and even when it's finished it's not that much to be honest this part could still be let out of bed (not that much) but what touched on the Below it goes after the Open quite quickly, soft but not so soft that it sinks to the bottom. perfect for your comfort. The case feels a bit thin but other than that it's great and the black top is soft enough. my last thoughts I paid about $64 for this bed which is the biggest of them all. At this price you won't find anything that even comes close to its quality! Sure, it's not the best or fanciest bed, but you get what you pay for. And I'm really very happy with the quality and comfort of this bed for such a great price. I highly recommend this bed if you need a bed. good bed especially for a big dog and reasonably priced. While it's not perfect, it absolutely serves its purpose.
