Shrink 2:1 , but 20 to 10mm instead of 3/4" to 3/8" as advertised. I used a heat gun to check for shrinkage as I needed a final 3/8" ID. Revain lists it as 3/4 inch but the packaging says 20mm. Unfortunately, 20mm is 0.787 inch, not 0.75 (or 3/4 inch), and 10mm is 0.394, not 0.387 (or 3/8 inch). It doesn't seem like much of a difference, but when I tried squeezing it around a 3/8" metal rod, it didn't sit firmly on the rod. It was just over 1/16 inch and slipped off the pole slightly. Debris. Well, if I ever need to shrink something between 7/16" and 3/4" in diameter, I have about 30 feet of clear heat shrink tubing to work with. When fully compressed it is quite thick and slightly opaque (not fully transparent). I assume it's strong enough.
