I bought this as a cell phone holder with added features of an emergency tool. Both checkboxes are checked here. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for a small flaw in the design. It needs stronger magnets to hold the phone as a holder. In the cases I use for phones in our family, the thickness of the case reduces magnetic attraction and the phone tends to fall out of the holder on bumpy roads. Other than that it's a good product and I will continue to use it, just wish the magnets were stronger.
