AirTag fits well but not for babies

I think this "watch" holds the AirTag well but it's too long for my 6 year old. This is a medium sized baby and we had to put it in the first hole to fit which made the rest too long to slide comfortably into the gap. It practically wraps around the inside of his wrist.
