I purchased it from a reputable salon to replace the A8 (which, in theory, I was happy with for 1.5 years) (they gave a discount on the trade in and for an additional accessory, so it turned out quite budget for this model). AEG headphones and a USB adapter are included (for a flash drive, etc. - convenient). I'm not sure where folks obtain the protective film from, because there isn't any on the screen or the lid, at least not in the initial delivery. Put the bumper on right away because the gadget is quite slippery. I can't say WOW immediately when compared to the A8, but there are advantages in every area: it's a little faster, a little smaller in size, a little lighter, has a little bigger screen, and has a ton of RAM. Scripts for Bixby are a useful tool. Of course, the camera is at a higher level. Autonomy is still not satisfied, but not any more so than the A8. Things might change over time. I have no idea what kind of gorilla glass the screen is; it looks more like monkey glass. A day later, a scratch appeared out of nowhere, but it happens on all of my Samsung devices.
