He suffered severely from the sacroiliac joint. Couldn't sleep on my back. As soon as I put it on, it immediately helped with my pain. I can relax better and breathe more deeply without even flinching. I don't know how this simple belt cures my sacroiliac/thigh pain but I'm amazed. Sitting in the car, he also helps a lot.
