The mirror worked like magic. I wasn't sure if the installation would be very easy, but I was able to swap out my broken mirror and replace it with a new one in about 10-15 minutes. This e-how page has some good instructions on how to change them properly. The only thing I disagree with on the ehow side is when they tell you to remove the door skin and trim. I only had to partially lift the panel closest to the hinges, after which I was able to use a flat head screwdriver to disconnect the wires. If you have very large hands I wouldn't recommend this as you could damage the record. I also need to give props to the maker to finish the mirror. It is very shiny and beautiful to look at. I'm so glad this mirror worked because this brand new mirror was a fraction of the price of a new one at my local auto parts store. [.]
