Very satisfied! for sports nutrition
I have to say I am very pleased with this beef protein. It has quite a strong flavor but I like to mix it with whey protein and it helps balance it out. I love that collagen peptides and some probiotic, L-glutamine and MCT oil have been added. In fact, I like to mix it with coconut milk kefir and cashew yogurt, which I make myself, for an afternoon snack. Delicious!
