Review on HomePop Parsons Classic Upholstered Lattice by Christine Flores

The chairs look good. They are not very heavy, but make a quite robust impression. I bought four chairs (2 orders), they arrived a few days after the estimated delivery date. I assembled the first two chairs myself without any problems. Then I noticed that the second box didn't contain the equipment to assemble the chairs. Initially I was willing to keep the chairs and just call the number given in the instructions. After calling the company I was forwarded several times and eventually I got a person. After we chatted, he told me that I needed to send an email to get my problem resolved. I couldn't figure out why you should provide a number if you don't deal with customer issues. I will be returning these chairs and looking for others that meet our needs.
