Not perfect but helpful
As with the duvet, I don't like the limited color options. I'm always hot when I sleep, even in the Midwest. I've used it day and night and have found the fabric to be cool to the touch throughout the day. I slept through the night, which is rare, but when I woke up I was warm, so I wasn't as cold as I expected. I opened my neck, foot and foot and cooled down pretty quickly. Also not thrilled that it needs to be hand washed so you basically have to buy the duvet cover separately to keep it nice especially since my dogs love it too.
