I tend to wear out chairs due to the way I sit, so I have a hole in the front underside of my chair fabric. It won't hold up the way I use it -- BUT it would be very easy to sew on reinforcement, which the original fabric can't do. Also, it smells bad. I'm sure it will resolve, but it's uncomfortable at the moment. Maybe wash before use? But the fabric is so thin I don't know how well it washes. But the dimensions on the page seem pretty accurate. It fits well after a little stretch here and some extra fabric between the buttocks and the back of the chair. But gosh, I wish it wasn't just the thinnest stretch fabric. i can return it
