Very easy to use and set up. The only problem was that there was no teflon tape in the kit. The green pieces at the ends of the hose have instructions on how to remove them. No need to pry, just twist as instructed and they release easily. I removed any flow restrictors with needle nose pliers (if needed), twisted everything together, fixed the leak that was due to insufficient Teflon, and bam. The best shower head. Best of all, you don't have to twist it to change modes and you can turn it off from the back of the shower head. I did not receive either function via the product news. Very happy with it.
