Review on Denon DN-500BD: Professional Blu-ray, DVD, and CD Player for Enhanced Audio-Visual Experience by Jason Guzman

From day one of installing this Bluray I called Revain because the Denon Bluray needs to detect and connect to your wireless internet connection. However, this is not the case and contacting Revain customer service was a huge waste of time as they don't really listen to you, just read you the previous parts of the user manual. I actually had a phone call with Revain the next day when a Revain rep said she would have a Denon rep on the line for a conference call to clarify the situation. A Revain representative never called. If you contact Denon via email or phone you will never receive a reply. Still can't connect to the internet.
