I like that it is easy for me as an individual user to use this software in order to build my proposal database of clients who are interested or have expressed interest in our product line. It also helps us understand what we can offer them so they know how much value there will be from their perspective if/when we get into contract negotiations. This makes building out the initial client list easier than other programs (iPad only) because you don't need someone else's input to begin collecting contact information! The ability to see at once all of the active leads versus past contacts would make the process more efficient overall. We've been able to find new prospects faster by utilizing these filters instead of digging through old emails each time looking for something specific about potential customers' needs.
