I gave it 4 stars because I can't tell how well they stand up to use as I use them for myself Bought guest bedroom bedroom and we don't get many overnight guests. This might take a while. On a positive note, they arrived on time and fitted the pillows perfectly. I had no problems with zippers. The downside is my own fault: when you wash them, turn them inside out first. They're waterproof, which means they're lined with plastic on the inside to keep moisture out of the pillow. If you don't turn them inside out to wash, the water stays inside and there it drips all over the floor until you can take it outside to dry. Guilty!
