I bought this bracelet with the hopes of using it as a silent alarm clock, and so far it seems to be doing its job (let's just hope there aren't any more pes episodes, or else you'll have to set three alarms, like in jawbone). Please consider whether or not you are worse off as a result of your continued pursuit of the steps and awakening at the "correct" phase of sleep. However, in order to truly wake up in sleep phases, you need to be prepared for an error of 1.5-2 hours, and not the ridiculous 30-45 minutes, as most bracelets suggest, which can negatively affect the back (I realized for myself that I can quite calmly walk 30 thousand steps a day once a month, but the daily pursuit of 10 or even 8 thousand is suicide). Therefore, only with the recommended amount of sleep (8-10) will it function normally. The only correct option for someone who sleeps 5–6 hours but wants better sleep is to increase the amount of sleep they get, rather than waking up half an hour sooner during the "correct" phase.
