If you saw this item on Compostables.org or other compostable websites, be aware that they absolutely are not compostable. I called the site above and discussed the product with a rep and they said it looks like a red flag and they will remove it from their site (props to them). As mentioned in other reviews the item comes with a sticker which is not mentioned or shown in the product photos and is mentioned on the ASTM D5511 test. A spokesman for composting.org said this is usually a red flag for items that are not compostable, as well as those that boast "100% recyclability" and lack branding (check bpiworld.org for legitimacy). If you notice the product description doesn't mention compostability, but it does mention it in the FAQ and other links on the site. Floor!
