Although this toner is considered a toner, it feels like a liquid serum. Still good. It's like they mixed a batch of toners and added a good serum to the mix. Creates a fantastic tonic for most skin types. It feels great when massaged into the skin. It tones and nourishes the skin, leaving it feeling radiant and hydrated. Although it's a bit thicker than most other toners, it's still runny enough that you can keep putting serum over it. It really softens the skin and makes it look and feel younger. Great for all skin types but I think it's best for those with normal to dry skin. I love it on my combination skin. I would highly recommend this toner to anyone who wants a toner that does more than just lighten skin. One of my favorites to this day. Juicy pleasure for your face.
