Review on Mixer VITEK 1411-VT-02, black/silver by Aneta Traczyk ᠌

I bake a lot and often, I cook desserts all the time. To help the planetary, I purchased this mixer, convenient for small volumes. I have been using it for six months - a real assistant for a pastry chef. Whip the butter into a fluffy foam in 3 minutes, a stable meringue in 5-7 minutes. It is comfortable to hold, does not slip in the hand and is not heavy. The operating mode without interruption was 16 minutes - it did not overheat. I am satisfied with them and definitely recommend to buy.
