This is a Chinese Plastic "Fleece" Scarf available at the Dollar Shop. Good for one time use when you don't mind killing sea creatures with fibers that will be in the ocean as long as there is an ocean. Just spend the extra money on real wool, which I would have done if the description hadn't lied from start to finish.
