Kid size but great quality for the price.
The quality of this skirt was much better than expected. It is thick and sewn well. Features an incorporated pair of shorts with a matching checked hem. I bought the medium size for my child who is 12/14 and it fits a little loose but enough for a small size. I think a small one would be perfect for her. These are Asian sizes so go MUCH larger if possible. These are not typical adult sizes.
