This product is so imperfect that I will certainly not list all of its problems. First, for those who can't swim, it's not something only the wearer can hear. It's noisy. It's no more private than having your phone on speakerphone. But I bought this thing for swimming. (1) You downloaded music, which is fine except you have to convert each song before you can download it to your device. (2) It has a TON of songs which is great except it doesn't have a SHUFFLE function. You will hear them all in turn. So once you've uploaded your songs by artist/album, you'll hear all your Aerosmiths, then all your Beatles, etc. It takes away the joy of downloading lots of songs to float around. (3) Bad management. You can't use Bluetooth while swimming, only your downloads, which makes sense. But getting this thing to switch between Bluetooth mode and Download mode isn't easy. And don't expect the device to give you a clear visual indication of what mode you're in. When listening, it's not easy to skip, rewind, pause and play. The buttons are tight and stick together. It's a difficult combination to make adjustments where you can't see.
