Review on Blackmagic Design FBA_BDLKWEBPTR Web Presenter by Rod Evans

I ordered this for an installation I was doing this week when I really needed the unit to work as advertised. I have already used this device in another installation where the client already had it and it worked fine. But with this device, I wasn't prepared for the lack of cords. No power, USB, etc. After I started looking for cables, the device just didn't work. I've tried multiple cables, multiple computers, nothing worked. This device must be plug and play. Went back to the mini BMD monitor and so far so good. I'm pretty sure the unit I received was defective, but even if it wasn't, the lack of power and USB cables was both surprising and disappointing.
