I like the dim lights in my bedroom at night. It helps me calm down. And I love remote controls. These candles are 10 out of 10 in either direction. I didn't expect to believe these are real candles and I'm not. But I don't even look at her. They provide me with ambient light. I am also happy about the warm light color. Not too white for my taste. What surprised me was how well the remote worked. It's more of a direction. I can point to 3 candles on a bookshelf nearby and what I do doesn't affect the other 3 candles 8 feet away. There are several levels of light intensity. Love it! And flicker is adjustable. Again, the flickering isn't very realistic, but that doesn't bother me. I just don't pay much attention to it. Charging is easy and the candles stay charged longer than I expected.
