I use two monitors with my computer - have been doing this for a long time and when one goes out it's weird. I started with two identical sizes and one broke down a little over a year ago and I replaced it with something about twice the size - and having a large main monitor and a smaller secondary monitor worked even better. The other day my little monitor decided to die after being on 3 computers for over 13 years. Tested to make sure it works then put on the wall mount - plugged in - on my main screen I went to setup and found it (if you are using it as a second monitor and don't do a second monitor - the computer needs to be told to found it - and then you can tell the computer which monitor is the main monitor and which isn't, and choose whether it's the same or a table top in between - stretching is best when there's no reason you'd have the same screen on both need.) It had a tag but it's a wide screen which my old one didn't have but still small enough to be what I wanted. The picture is great.
