Out of Service: Router

We've been trying to get this working for the past two weeks. It shows Wi-Fi and we can connect to it, but there is no internet connection. We have changed the APN to match our SIM card. If we can't figure it out next week, it will be returned. We have a Metro PC and bought a SIM card adapter.
