I LOVE this instant drink. I bought chocolate and I will buy vanilla. Tastes like a milkshake (though like old-school Hersey syrup in milk and ice cream). It's not overly rich or sweet, which I find in many RTDs on the market. I drink after a workout or instead of a meal. Keeps me on my partial keto diet with only 6g carbs and 0g sugar! I like that it has all the good and nothing bad. It is a high quality, complete milk protein isolate that supports animal welfare. 20 grams of protein. Enjoy the packaging too - fits nicely in my cup holder compared to chunky square ones. Highly recommended!
