Review on VIJIM Foldable Photography 2600K 12000K Temperature by Don Wilson

I bought this video light from another store but wanted to share my experience. This is a well-made video light with a metal body instead of plastic. The two lights are linked and use the same controller so they can't be separated and treated as two lights, but the controller allows you to use these lights as one or two panels and you can easily control which panel is on and off which is turned off. out. The lights can be stacked back-to-back, side-by-side, or bent in a V-shape to illuminate two sides of a room at once. Switch one out and use it as a backlit stand, making it perfect for desktop use. Two 1/4-20" 'holes' allow attachment to a tripod, and a compact plastic ball head and hot shoe adapter are included. The OLED display makes it easy to dim the panel, select a color or switch to CCT mode and choose the right color temperature. There are even built-in effects to help you create your Hollywood blockbuster. With these effects you can position the light off camera and recreate neon signs, red police cars/blue lights and many other effects. The light also comes with an Allen key that you can use to tighten the connection between the two light panels. After fiddling with the lights for about a minute and an hour I found that the connection needed to be tightened. Of course, being new, I just wasted time bending, twisting and flipping the light - much more than usual. I tightened the connection and it was good and tight again. improve the light - that would be a very short list. to separate the panels and use them independently. I would also like to be able to control the light via a remote app. Those "wishes" aside, this light is amazing and very aggressively priced.
