I was initially excited about the product. Now I have to touch the lamp 1 to 30 times to switch it. Sometimes it's very tiring, enough that I don't use it when someone is sleeping in the same room. If the touch controls fail within 6 months, it would be nice to have a backup switch instead of unplugging or removing the lightbulb at night. Overall satisfied at first but disappointed with inconsistencies in touch controls. The original rating is below. Pros: Love the style and looks great as two nightstands on either side of the bed. The USB ports are amazing and have greatly reduced the awkwardness of "how do I get to the outlet behind the bed?" Battle. Three lighting settings are good (but read more below). Cons: The three settings are great, but I wish it would start out brightest first and then gradually darken. I like to use them to read before bed and suddenly turning up the brightness and shocking your eyes before bed can be very frustrating. Aside from that, you can just close your eyes while turning the lights off until you reach the "off" setting. Overall very happy with the purchase price, fast delivery, functionality and style.
