Really nice and oiled even better (I used Clark's Cutting Board Wax)
I followed Jason's advice but I only had Clark's Cutting Board Wax on hand, which is basically mineral oil with a bit of beeswax. Let them soak for 24 hours (like the first time on a wooden cutting board) and pat dry. They turned out *fabulous*. Many Thanks. They are ready to use, love the mahogany color. Dark but not too dark. They are durable and appear to be very well made and packaged. But if you want to polish them to perfection, put some finishing oil on them and you'll be well rewarded for your efforts.
