This product was a find! I have osteoarthritis in the sacroiliac joint. The less the joint moves, the less pain. This strap keeps it comfortably in place. I keep it on all day Get the right size, wear it right under your clothes and it stays in place. I use it under my cycling gear and it stays in place all day mountain biking. It doesn't rub as long as you keep the main velcro and adjusters in line. The belt allowed me to return to an active life. I tried many similar devices and was not satisfied. Don't look for a replacement, go for Serola. I have a 29" waist and 34" pelvis. The small size is great with lots of adjustments. I rarely write product reviews, but if you're suffering from SI issues and are blindly trying to find something that helps, I want you to know that this belt worked for me.
