This bottle let me down. Last year we ordered this for my daughter for the first time and fell in love! The bottle also stayed cold and icy all night, we were amazed at how the ice stayed all night. This year I made sure to check my order history to order the same make and model. To my disappointment, our new bottle doesn't work the same way. When she gets home, the ice has already melted and the water hasn't even cooled down. I'm upset that I paid for a defective product that doesn't work the same way. How can I be sure that a new bottle is defective or good? Shouldn't we be getting the same quality for the same price? I've been raving about the bottle to everyone, but now I'm just frustrated. Now we're stuck with a new bottle that's broken. Our old one still works, just has a small dent and scratch (which I know happens to kids who drink it every day and I'm not upset about it). So we ordered a new one for the school year.
